Pic 1 | Saline County Veterinary Service Inc. Since 1983, Saline County Veterinary Service, Inc. has been serving Marshall, Missouri and the surrounding areas with quality veterinarian services. It is our goal to to treat our patients as we would members of our own families.

Our doctors and staff are dedicated to helping our clients keep their pets healthy all year long. We educate every client on any condition their pet or livestock may be facing, and what to do to help them lead happy and productive lives.

Our practice offers a variety of services for small pets, as well as large livestock animals. We are equipped with an indoor haul-in facility for working cattle and treating horses. For our large animal patients that cannot come to the clinic, we will make a farm call. Our livestock services also include pigs, sheep and goats.

We also have an on-site bathing and grooming service, known as The Paw Spa, managed by Stefanie Nelson. We offer grooming for all breeds of cats and dogs. Your pet will be in caring hands receiving gentle bathing and grooming services to make them look their best.

Services offered at The Paw Spa:

  • Bathing – Includes anal gland expression and nail trim
  • Tidy Up – sanitary trim, paw pads shaved, face and feet trimmed
  • Full Groom – includes all of the above, as well as a full breed style and bow or bandana
  • Rx Shampoo and Conditioner – a special shampoo or conditioner formulated for an array of special needs such as itchy, flaky, oily or inflamed skin
  • Dematting and/or Furminating – removes mats, undercoat and loose hair
  • Teeth Brushing – Includes breath freshening toothpaste and a Plaque Prevention gel application.
